Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing and target-driven Education Counsellor with prior EdTech sales experience to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective learners, guiding them toward the right educational programs and helping them take the next step in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their educational and career goals
- Counsel candidates on suitable programs based on their needs, eligibility, and aspirations
- Manage the entire sales funnel: lead engagement, follow-ups, conversion, and enrolment
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner journey
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of EdTech sales experience is mandatory
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong sales aptitude and closing skills
- Comfortable with remote working, CRMs, and video conferencing tools
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

- 2–3 rounds of interviews as part of the selection process

- Compensation: Up to ZAR 10,000/month + performance-based incentives
