Monthly Compensation: $1500 – $1900 per month (based on experience)

About the Job
Our client specializes in strategically placing Digital Billboards in unique locations and aims to become the leading provider of On-Demand Portable Digital Billboards. They are currently seeking a Digital Project Coordinator (project manager) to play a crucial role in project management, data collection, and communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication skills, contributing to a forward-thinking team dedicated to innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with event and project logistics by collecting and compiling information.
  • Compile and maintain accurate documentation in our Google Drive library.
  • Lead specific projects and report to the Project Manager on project status and deadlines.
  • Organize digital content in Google Drive.
  • Maintain a structured digital content library, ensuring incoming content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Create and maintain Gantt charts to visualize project timelines, ensuring all team members are aware of deadlines and dependencies.
  • Establish and enforce deadlines for project deliverables, regularly communicating progress and any adjustments to stakeholders.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols to review project outputs, ensuring they meet specified standards and align with project goals.
  • Coordinate projects by managing client relationships, working with agencies, overseeing file organization, logistics, checklists, and scheduling content for timely programming on billboards with vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or a similar role.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Suite.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Experience in client and partner relationship management is a plus.
  • Positive and driven attitude.
  • Willing to work during holidays, overtime, and weekends as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (high professional level/native proficiency).
