Location: Remote (Must work U.S. Eastern Time, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
Salary : $13/hour
About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Technical Assistant to join our Special Projects team — someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and fluent in English who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.
This role plays a key part in supporting our digital marketing operations, helping execute website updates, email campaigns, and analytics reporting while assisting with technical troubleshooting and performance tracking. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams to keep campaigns running smoothly and ensure clients’ digital platforms stay optimized and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate fluently in English with internal teams and handle proofreading or content-related tasks.
- Manage and edit websites using WordPress, including blog imports, plugin updates, and web edits.
- Assist with social media scheduling using third-party marketing tools.
- Help edit and schedule email marketing campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Agency Analytics, etc.) to track performance, identify technical issues, and assist with account setup.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot tracking, automation, or website integration issues.
- Maintain excellent organization and time management while handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Participate in virtual meetings, share updates, and contribute to improving workflow efficiency and marketing results.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills — both written and spoken (you’ll collaborate with U.S.-based teams daily).
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (blog management, basic web edits, plugin familiarity).
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media schedulers and email automation tools.
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Search Console.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in every project.
- Ability to adapt and learn new tools quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or marketing support.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar tools (a plus but not required).
- Background in marketing, communications, or web development preferred.
