ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you are responsible for the start to finish of client projects within the agency. Reporting to our Director of Operations, this role will be visible and present during the onboarding of new clients from our sales team, guide the website and SEO projects from start to launch and assist our marketing team on campaign changes in both Meta and Google ads.
Initiation, monitoring, communication and accountability will be key daily activities of this role while partnering with both the marketing, operations and client success departments and leaders.
Experience leading projects, understanding the fundamentals of project management and a focus on continuous process improvement will be needed.
Client Onboarding & Launch Readiness – Own the intake‑to‑launch process, assets/access, SLAs, and pre‑launch QA.
Website & SEO Project Delivery – Plan and drive site builds/refreshes and SEO sprints with clear milestones, scope, and acceptance criteria.
Campaign Change Management (Meta & Google) – Coordinate major funnel changes, promotions, and new campaigns with rigorous QA and rollback plans.
Cross‑Team Communication & Stakeholder Management – Keep AMs, channel leads, and leadership aligned with crisp status, risks, and decisions needed.
Operational Excellence & Compliance – Standardize playbooks, maintain capacity views, and ensure tracking/consent and ad‑policy hygiene.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Onboarding Pipeline from signed proposal to go‑live: checklists, SLAs, asset requests, account/pixel/tag access, and test conversions.
- Maintain a Single Source of Truth: our project boards with who owns and leads the projects, due dates, dependencies, and “definition of done” for every task.
- Plan and Run Website Projects: timelines, resourcing, scope control, content/redirects, Core Web Vitals/Lighthouse checks, and launch QA.
- Coordinate New SEO Projects: technical checklists and workflows followed.
- Major Campaign Changes: (Meta/Google) documentation, pre‑activation QA (naming, budgets, geos, placements, tracking), and rollback steps.
- Ensure Tracking: GA4, GSC, GTM and Agency Dashboards.
- Run Weekly Portfolio Updates: Traffic‑light status, upcoming milestones, risks, and decisions
- Maintain a RAID Log: Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies with clear owners and due dates; escalate blockers within one business day.
- Manage Scope and Changes: Documented change requests, capture impacts on timeline/budget and communicate trade‑offs.
- Facilitate Retrospectives: Complete post‑launch assessment to capture learnings and update playbooks/checklists.
- Contribute to Capacity Planning: Monitor resources and forecasting to ensure fulfillment over time is paced appropriately.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, or marketing agency fulfillment or operations
- Able to self-direct and properly manage one’s time
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and customers
- Demonstrated delivery across website builds/refreshes and SEO initiatives.
- Hands‑on coordination experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager is considered an asset.
- Able to translate strategy into clear work plans with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- B2-C1 English Level (Upper Intermediate to Advanced)
- Strong risk management and escalation judgment; comfortable making trade‑off recommendations.
- Excellent communication (concise written status, clear meeting facilitation, stakeholder alignment).
- Tooling fluency in CRM and Project Management Softwares (Monday/ClickUp/Asana/Trello), Google Workspace, and dashboarding in Sheets/Looker Studio.
- Process discipline: builds and enforces checklists, SOPs, and QA gates; keeps boards clean and current.
- Attention to detail and a bias for action; comfortable in fast‑moving, multi‑project environments.
- Ability to work under high stress and pressing deadlines
- Able to make autonomous decisions of how to handle customers based on company’s core values and set guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using emotional intelligence, de-escalation tactics and apply strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 8 hours shifts Monday to Friday between our operational hours of 6am to 6pm EST for 40.0 Hours; Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends/holidays if the situation warrants it
- Able to multitask efficiently and without issues
- Generally reachable and responsive to Client Inquiries and team members during working hours
- Strict attention to detail and cross-checking data
- Must be friendly, assertive and able to clearly communicate with clients by phone, video conferencing and email
- Must be organized and able to update agency CRM regularly and maintain documentation on all pertinent client activities.
- Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments
- Ability to show up on daily team Zoom meetings and huddles

- Post Secondary Education relevant to the position and our industry is preferred
Compensation:
- Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience
- Hourly pay in USD
- Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis
