We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through demand Channels like LinkedIn and Google. You will work closely with our sales function to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day digital marketing operations (e.g. removing filters, changing bid strategies etc.) across all paid advertising channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Google, Bing and Meta and reporting on these channels.
- Creating (and then automating) campaign reports.
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team and wider businesses to improve the quality and consistency of the Campaigns Manager all paid marketing campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media advertising, and more.
- Implement and report on attribution of marketing spend to customer acquisition
- Investigate new customer acquisition channels and opportunities (e.g. comparison websites, and other channels like Reddit or Youtube etc.)
- Conduct market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies: Continuously test and optimise ad copy, landing pages, email subject lines, and other marketing elements to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales function to align marketing efforts with their goals, provide them with qualified leads, and gather feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance: Regularly review marketing campaign metrics, such as impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Utilize marketing automation tools: Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to streamline lead management, track customer interactions, and optimise lead nurturing processes.
- Collaborate with brand team: Coordinate with the brand marketing team to develop compelling messaging, create persuasive content, and align marketing campaigns with content strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilisation, and key metrics for management review, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships: Work with external agencies, freelancers, or service providers to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budgetary requirements.
