This is a full-time, entry-level REMOTE position offering R7500 per month.

Position Overview | As we scale, we are strengthening our internal systems & data foundations. This is an entry-level role, ideal for graduates or early-career candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in business data, research, & operations.

What You’ll Do:

As a Data Research Assistant, you will support our internal data & operations teams through online research & accurate capturing of business information into structured systems. This role is highly process-driven, requiring strong attention to detail & consistency — it offers valuable exposure to international markets & clear pathways for growth within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Researching company information using websites, LinkedIn, & other public sources
• Capturing & updating data in spreadsheets & internal systems
• Following clear SOPs to ensure consistency & accuracy
• Validating information before submission
• Flagging missing, unclear, or conflicting data
• Supporting internal teams by ensuring data is complete & reliable
• Maintaining accuracy across repetitive high-volume tasks

This role requires focus, discipline, & comfort with routine work.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow defined processes consistently
• Reliable internet connection & full work-from-home setup, & ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks to a high standard
