We are looking for a passionate and skilled Data Architect and Business Intelligence Engineerto join our Analytics and BI Team. In this role, you will collaborate with solution architects to define our agency’s product roadmap, shape our BI offerings, create and manage data pipelines, conduct data analysis, develop AI agents, and build dashboards using Looker, Tableau, and Power BI with strong focus on data storytelling and UX/UI design principles.
In summary, the candidate should possess experience and expertise in data consulting, strategy, solution architecture, and business intelligence (BI) engineering for marketing and martech-focused solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into strong technical solutions while ensuring alignment with data governance and security best practices.
- Consulting & Data Architecture: Strong consulting and solution-oriented design of Business Intelligence products or services to meet client and business requirements across the digital marketing and marketing technology stack. Design innovative solutions that deliver real business value.
- Data Engineering: Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources, including marketing platforms, advertising networks, and customer databases.
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Create and maintain high-quality data models, schemas, and database architectures for efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of marketing and business data.
- Data Quality & Consistency:Ensure data accuracy and reliability through rigorous transformation processes, including cleansing, aggregation, and enrichment.
- Data Visualization, Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop and sustain insightful, visually appealing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Looker/Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI to empower stakeholders and clients with actionable insights.
- Data Infrastructure Optimization:Monitor and optimize the performance of data infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to data quality, latency, scalability, and system efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in business intelligence, data warehousing, and digital marketing analytics, actively suggesting process improvements and tool adoption.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven Experience:A minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, Data Modeler, Data Architect, Analytics Engineer, or BI Engineer, translating requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Data Expertise:Proven experience in data modeling (including dimensional modeling), data warehouse design, building ETL/ELT pipelines, and developing end-to-end analytics solutions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong SQL skills and extensive database experience, with Google BigQuery being essential.
- BI Tooling:Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau/Power BI) to create interactive, insightful, and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
- Data Foundations: A solid understanding of data modeling, database design principles, and data warehousing concepts.
- Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services, such as Google BigQuery (essential), Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge:Strong and demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing concepts, metrics, and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, AdWords) is highly desirable.
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication & Collaboration:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, including non-technical team members.
- Work Ethic: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities, and consistently meeting project deadlines.
- Big Data Technologies:Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing frameworks is advantageous.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain Expertise: Domain experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, and Customer Analytics.
- CDP & Reverse ETL: Experience with CDP / Reverse ETL (Segment, High-touch, etc.).
- Attribution Modeling: Strong familiarity with digital marketing attribution models.
