Customer Support Representative (Remote)

The Opportunity

A leading fine-dining restaurant in Beverly Hills is looking for customer-oriented candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for a customer support position. Customer Support Representatives will be responsible for answering calls, making and changing reservations, guest relations, customer enquiries and queries and providing timely feedback to customers and restaurant stakeholders, among other duties with the aim of providing a unique guest dining experience.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator in English with incredible interpersonal skills that make guests feel supported and welcomed. Ultimately, you will represent the brand and promote the reputation of the restaurant that offers excellent customer support and a fine-dining guest experience pre and post reservations.

Functions and Duties:

  • Respond to customers in a timely and accurate manner, via telephone, or other platforms.
  • Update our internal software with information about reservations, guest relations and useful discussions with customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with management team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Support or similar guest relations role required.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1-C2 level) required.
  • Experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Patience when handling tough clients.

Working Days: Monday – Friday (with possible Weekend and Holiday work).

Shift Duration: 8-hours

Working hours: Pacific Standard Time, USA
