Location: Remote (work from the comfort of your home!)

Working Hours: Alternating weekly shifts 9am -5pm UK and 2pm -10pm UK and alternating Saturdays

About The Role
Were looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll manage guest communications and administrative tasks, working closely with our Operations Manager and team leader to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest and Admin Support Tasks:
- Assist guests with the check-in process.
- Conduct check-in, check-out, and mid-stay follow-up calls.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest reviews.
- Schedule and approve cleaning tasks with the cleaning team.
- Verify bookings and manage property listings on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Handle deposit refunds and charges.
- Upload and monitor maintenance requests.
- Record and verify payments.
Administrative and Business Development Support:
- Maintain and track key registers for properties.
- Build relationships with local businesses and potential partners.
- Provide quotes and alternative accommodation options to guests and business clients.
- Contact potential partners and clients to develop new business leads.
- Manage the pipeline of potential reservations.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with computers and web-based applications (CRM experience preferred).
- Reliable internet connection with stable, fast speed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Independent, reliable, and collaborative working style.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Experience managing travel reservations and fostering local business relationships.
- Knowledge of channel management systems (e.g., Tokeet).
- Experience with payment platforms like Stripe.
Salary and Working Hours
- Salary: £750/month (:R16,800).
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (weekend availability required).
