About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Customer Service Representative who thrives in a remote environment and takes ownership of their work. This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you spot problems, solve them, and keep systems running smoothly.
You’ll be supporting a U.S.-based company, working PST hours, and collaborating with a fast-moving team that values initiative, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone with speed and professionalism
- Take full ownership of customer issues — follow through until resolution
- Keep customer records, tickets, and internal notes exceptionally organized
- Learn new tools, products, and processes quickly (and apply them correctly)
- Identify repeat issues and suggest process improvements
- Follow SOPs while also knowing when to think independently
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues
What We’re Looking For
- Highly self-motivated — you manage your time without micromanagement
- Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail
- Fast learner with a high aptitude for picking up new systems and workflows
- Clear, confident written and verbal English communication
- Calm, solutions-focused mindset when handling customers
- Comfortable working full-time on PST hours (Monday–Friday)
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional setup
Experience & Skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred (remote experience is a plus)
- Confident using CRMs and support tools
- eCommerce or SaaS experience is a bonus (Shopify familiarity a plus)
