About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Assessment to provide exceptional support for clients throughout the assessment process. In this fully remote role, you will guide clients through assessment procedures, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities will be key to managing multiple assessments simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding assessment-related questions via phone, email, and chat.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, keeping customers informed throughout the assessment process.

Instructional Guidance: Provide clear, step-by-step instructions for completing assessments and meeting requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within assessments, educational support, or testing environments.
