Description

Administrative Support:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for clients or executives.
  • Handle document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
  • Draft and send correspondence, memos, and reports.

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain client databases and update contact information.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position with flexible hours, depending on the needs.
  • May require availability across different time zones for global clients.
  • Tools used: Email management software, video conferencing apps, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or virtual assistance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Familiarity with task management software (Trello, Asana, Notion) is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
