We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individual to professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to email enquiries regarding our ear wax removal service based in the UK. As a customer service executive, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, book appointments and answer questions in a clear, polite and friendly manner. You will also be required to make outgoing calls to patients wishing to book wax microsuction appointments and respond to email enquiries. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing, with excellent English spelling, grammar and punctuation is also essential.
Using our online patient management system, you will capture personal information accurately and securely in order to book appointments, whilst adhering to our company’s policies and procedures when interacting with our patients, including handling personal, medical and company data with full confidentiality. You will also be required to liaise regularly with our UK based office via Skype and email.

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Book and manage appointments for ear wax removal services
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely and informative manner
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointments
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and confidentiality
Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Strong use and understanding of written and spoken English language.
- Excellent Internet connection.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Applicants must be able to work remotely from a quiet, secure home office environment where professionalism, patient confidentiality and data security can be maintained at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure that patients always receive great service.
- Proficient IT literacy, including a working knowledge of Google Mail and Teams.
- Stamina to handle high volumes of calls and consistently provide excellent service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service administrative role with suitable references.
Desired Qualities:
- Knowledge of UK geographical locations (especially those around our 10 clinics).

Additional Information:
Laptop, headset and training of internal systems will be provided
45 hours a week with occasional Saturday working required
An initial trial period of 3 months with a permanent position offered subject to performance.

Pay: From R9 600,00 per month
