We are seeking a talented, charismatic, energetic, and passionate individual. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end client journey and relationships, taking responsibility for delivering impactful customer experiences. This includes identifying and nurturing potential customers, developing innovative customer acquisition strategies, pitching our services to clients, providing ongoing educational consulting, personalized progress tracking, ensuring customer success, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop, refine, and execute sales strategies in line with overall growth ambitions
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Customer Engagement & Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential customers through email, WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms to generate leads and continually build our client base
- Deep Product Knowledge / Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers
- Pitching / Sales Presentations: Conduct online consultations to showcase the benefits of our products and close sales deals
- Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, tracking interactions and progress in a CRM system
- Client Relations Management & Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, educational consulting, and progress tracking, along with personalized care to ensure a unique and overwhelmingly positive customer experience
- Data-Driven Progress Tracking & Customer Success: Track, follow up, and provide proactive feedback to customers to ensure they meet their learning objectives, including data management
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales and customer relations strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Native English speaker/Very strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, a masters or higher is preferred
- Experience Preferred: Proven track record in online sales, business development, client services, client relations, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Digital Proficiency: Strong familiarity with digital communication tools, HubSpot CRM software, and online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Communication Skills: Native/Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and persuasive presentation abilities
- Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet targets with minimal supervision
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms to conduct online sales activities
