We are hiring Creative Producers to support Moonlighters’ paid social and brand creative across multiple clients. This role is execution-focused and fast-moving. You will be translating creative strategy and briefs into high-performing static and video assets, collaborating closely with the Creative Manager, and iterating based on performance feedback. This is not a concept-only role. It is about making excellent work, quickly, with taste and precision!

Core responsibilities:

• Execute creating static and video assets for paid social, primarily Meta and TikTok
• Interpret creative briefs, references, and performance insights into scroll-stopping assets
• Own versioning, iterations, and light optimizations based on feedback
• Maintain strong visual consistency across brand systems, when necessary
• Deliver work on tight timelines without sacrificing quality
• Organize files, exports, and handoff assets cleanly and professionally

Required Platforms and Tools (Non-negotiable)

Must be expert-level in:

• Canva (primary design tool) with a strong understanding of core design principles; experience in Figma or other professional design tools is a plus
• CapCut or equivalent video editing platform

Some experience with:

• AI image and video creation – ability to write prompts.
• Copywriting

Nice to have:

• Tasking platform experience like Asana or ClickUp
• Magic Brief experience
• Slack experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R250 000,00 per year
