Responsibilities:
Write compelling ad copy for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.)
Create multiple variations for split testing
Craft attention-grabbing headlines and hooks
Write persuasive calls-to-action that drive conversions
Adapt messaging for different audience segments and funnel stages
Collaborate with the marketing team to align copy with campaign goals

Requirements:
Proven experience writing direct response ad copy
Understanding of copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.)
Ability to write in different tones and styles for various platforms
Knowledge of what makes ads stop the scroll and convert
Strong grasp of customer psychology and pain points
Ability to produce high volumes of copy variations quickly
