We’re looking for a Copywriter to take the lead on our brand voice and content across websites and social media.
This role isn’t about writing generic blog posts – we want someone who can bring originality, creativity, and personality into every piece of copy. From bold website headlines to fun, scroll-stopping social posts, you’ll shape how people experience our brand.

What you’ll do

• Own and develop our brand voice across websites, landing pages, and social platforms.
• Write fresh, engaging content that connects with a global audience.
• Work closely with our international team to turn creative ideas into reality.
• Keep messaging consistent, clear, and full of personality.
• Create content that makes people stop, smile, and think, “This stands out.”

What we’re looking for

• A natural storyteller with a unique style (no cookie-cutter copy).
• Someone who knows how to connect with people and leave a lasting impression.
• Experience writing across formats — websites, landing pages, social media.
• HR/payroll/HR tech writing experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Based in South Africa and available for full-time remote work.
