Key Responsibilities

• Reinvent Compliance: Design and implement tailored compliance architectures that fit our unique business model. Move beyond traditional frameworks to create efficient, scalable systems.

• Automation & AI Development: Collaborate with Revenue Operations and R&D teams to develop AI-powered tools and automated controls, streamlining complex regulatory workflows.

• Strategic Enforcement: Oversee compliance programs to ensure efficiency, scalability, and security without slowing down business operations.

• Training & Evangelism: Lead engaging privacy and compliance workshops, turning employees into proactive advocates.

• KYB Management: Lead a team of KYB auditors, develop, and monitor Know-Your-Business processes.

Requirements

• Creative Problem Solver: See regulations as opportunities to optimize and innovate.

• Business-Oriented: Align compliance strategies with operational speed and business goals.

• Adaptable: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and help build new processes from scratch.

• Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English, able to explain complex compliance topics to engineers, executives, and external stakeholders.

• Experience:

  • 2+ years in compliance or compliance operations.

  • 6+ months experience in building automated processes or controls (e.g., Vibe coding).

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience, building compliance frameworks from the ground up.

• Portfolio of automated workflows, AI prompts, or tools for operational efficiency.

• Privacy certification such as CIPP.

• In-house product consulting or compliance experience.

• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
