The Role: Cold Calling SDR

We’re looking for an experienced Cold Calling SDR who can own and manage outbound calling campaigns end-to-end for Human Resources and Learning & Development leaders.You’ll be the backbone of our outbound operation, ensuring every call sparks interest, qualifies leads, and drives measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to HR and L&D decision-makers to generate qualified sales opportunities (aim for ~100 calls/day)
  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers using CRM tools (Zoho) and data platforms
  • Deliver clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with HR and L&D pain points (e.g., employee engagement, training adoption, performance improvement)
  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, and timing
  • Schedule meetings or product demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally while maintaining a positive brand impression
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, conversations, and outcomes in Zoho CRM
  • Follow structured call scripts while adapting messaging based on real-time prospect feedback
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder to align outreach strategies and messaging
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily activity targets and monthly pipeline goals
  • Continuously improve call performance through coaching, call reviews, and skills development

You’re Right for This If:

  • You have hands-on cold calling experience, ideally in HR, L&D, or training solutions
  • You’ve consistently made 80–120+ calls per day and can handle high-volume outbound work
  • You’re comfortable speaking with HR managers, L&D directors, or executives
  • You understand lead qualification frameworks and can identify true buying intent
  • You can work independently, manage your own call blocks, and stay disciplined without supervision
  • You communicate clearly, log clean CRM notes, and respect process

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience booking meetings for HR or L&D software/training solutions
  • Can handle objections specific to HR/L&D (budget cycles, vendor approvals, internal stakeholders)
  • Are experienced with Zoho CRM + Voice or similar systems
  • Can contribute to improving call scripts, talk tracks, or objection handling frameworks

Compensation Structure (Optional / Flexible)

We’re open to structuring compensation in one of two ways:

Option 1: 100% Performance-Based

  • Aggressive commissions structure
  • Ideal for expert level SDRs who know they can perform
  • Greater earning potential

Option 2: Monthly Base Pay + Commission

  • Fixed monthly base pay
  • Commission tied to qualified meetings that are booked and held
  • Best for SDRs confident in their ability to produce results

We care about output, not seat time. Strong performers will always have upside.
