Required: Completed Finance Related Degree + Average of 70% or More

About the Role:

We’re seeking ambitious and articulate recent finance graduates to join our clients team as Junior Relationship Managers. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality support and service.
• Manage client queries efficiently and professionally via email, phone, and video calls.
• Understand client needs and offer relevant insights or solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate records and report on client activity and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A completed finance-related degree with an average of 80% or above. Transcripts will need to be provided.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills—clear, confident, and professional.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-ready demeanour.
• Tech-savvy with a good grasp of digital tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Previous customer-facing or client service experience (even part-time or internships) is a bonus.
