About Us
We’re a UK-based business that creates eco-friendly promotional products – everything from seed paper and wildflower seed bombs to grow-your-own kits. Our products are used by companies of all sizes, from local businesses to internationally recognised brands.
We’re a small team, and everyone takes responsibility for doing things properly. We move quickly, communicate clearly, and support each other to get things done.
Pay
R25,000 – R30,000/month
Depending on experience, reliability, and ability to take ownership

Schedule
Standard UK working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (South African hours shift slightly depending on daylight savings)
The Role
We’re hiring a full-time remote team member to help run the day-to-day operations of the business.
You’ll be the main point of contact for incoming client orders, coordinate with our UK-based team, and manage a range of admin and logistical tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Can juggle multiple tasks without losing track
- Is confident using online tools and systems
- Communicates clearly and professionally in British English
- Works well independently without being micromanaged
You won’t be doing the same thing every day. You’ll be across several areas of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client & Order Support
- Manage incoming orders using internal systems
- Follow the customer journey from order through to dispatch
- Send artwork for approval and follow up as needed
- Communicate with clients by phone and email
- Follow up on unpaid invoices where needed
Warehouse & Production Coordination
- Liaise with our UK warehouse and production team
- Help manage production timelines and priorities
Admin & Finance Support
- Upload receipts and support basic bookkeeping
- Keep product and pricing information up to date
Marketing & CRM Support
- Help manage CRM systems and support email campaigns
- Coordinate logistics for sending samples and event materials
You’ll Need To Have
- 4+ years of experience in operations, client services, or admin
- At least 2 years of experience working with UK clients
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident using Excel, Outlook, and cloud-based systems
- A reliable home setup with good internet, a quiet space, and backup power
- Strong judgement and a proactive approach to solving problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R25 000,00 – R30 000,00 per month
