JOH Partners is hiring a Client Growth & Partnerships Executive to support the growth of our executive search practice and the development of client relationships across our assessment and succession planning solutions.

This is a hands-on client development role focused on generating qualified meetings with existing and new clients through highly personalised, research-led email outreach. This is not an automated email or marketing operations role. The focus is on thoughtful messaging, understanding client context, and building genuine conversations that lead to long-term relationships.

The role will start on a part-time basis, with a clear and direct pathway to full-time employment linked to performance and outcomes.

JOH Partners operates as a collaborative, team-focused business. At the same time, this role has clear individual responsibility, measurable targets, and ownership over outreach activity and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage personalised email outreach to senior decision-makers
  • Research target organisations, leadership teams, and market context to inform messaging
  • Generate qualified meetings for executive search, assessment, and succession planning solutions
  • Contribute ideas to improve client engagement strategy and outreach effectiveness
  • Maintain structured records of outreach activity and results
  • Over time, participate in online meetings to support relationship development
