• Online bookings
• Client confirmations & reminders
• Staff allocation
• Invoicing & cash flow tracking
• Digital business cards with QR-code booking links

Role Overview

We are looking for Small Business Account Managers to onboard local businesses onto the RedLink Bizz platform.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

• Are comfortable speaking to small business owners
• Understand local SMEs
• Want flexible work with uncapped earning potential

You will be responsible for introducing businesses to RedLink Bizz, helping them sign up, and supporting their initial activation.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage small businesses (online or in-person)
• Explain the value of RedLink Bizz clearly and professionally
• Assist business owners with account activation
• Maintain a relationship with your onboarded businesses
• Provide basic guidance on using the platform
• Act as a point of contact between RedLink Bizz and your clients

Commission & Earnings

R100 commission per successful activation
R20 monthly residual income per active business

Example:

20 active businesses = R400/month residual income ( continuous income )

50 active businesses = R1,000/month residual income

200 Active business = R4000?month residual income

Residual income grows as long as your clients stay active and pay their R99 Subscriptions

No cap on earnings.

• Good communication skills
• Confidence speaking to business owners
• Basic smartphone & internet skills
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience (advantage, not required)
• Self-motivated and reliable
