About Our Client

Our client is a London-based outbound sales agency specialising in cold-call-driven lead generation. They build and manage bespoke SDR teams, train and coach them, and consistently deliver high-quality meetings for B2B SaaS clients.

Their system is simple and proven: cold calls, solid follow-up, strong conversion, and they do boring things really well.

They’re expanding their SDR team and looking for an experienced pro to help book qualified meetings through targeted cold outreach.

About the Role

You’ll work closely in a high-energy SDR team, primarily focused on outbound activities. This is a frontline role, working the phones, managing a CRM, and filling the pipeline with high-intent leads.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with CRM tools like Close, and can combine strong phone presence with smart follow-up strategies to consistently book meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • 150-200 Cold calls a day to prospects to generate interest and qualify leads
  • Manage and track all interactions in the CRM (experience with Closer preferred)
  • Follow up via email and phone to secure meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine outreach messaging and cadence
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach performance and conversion
  • Continuously test and optimise cold-call scripts and email templates

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of SDR or B2B outbound lead-generation experience
  • Proven cold-calling success, comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Familiarity with Close CRM or similar CRM systems (Zapier, HubSpot etc.)
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptive under pressure
  • Available to work UK business hours (Monday–Friday)
