Role Overview

We are hiring a Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound sales and revenue growth for a rapidly scaling B2B company.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end outbound prospecting campaigns, targeting key decision-makers and generating qualified leads for the sales team. You will conduct prospect research, perform cold outreach, and schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential prospects and companies within target markets
  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and professional networking platforms
  • Engage decision-makers and qualify leads based on business needs, authority, and budget

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule qualified sales meetings between prospects and senior sales representatives
  • Ensure prospects meet key qualification criteria before handing off opportunities

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate prospect data and interaction records within CRM systems
  • Track outreach performance and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates

Collaboration with Sales Teams

  • Work closely with Account Executives and senior sales leadership
  • Provide detailed handoffs and insights to help move prospects through the sales funnel

Top performers in this role typically:

  • Book 15 or more qualified sales appointments per month
  • Engage with prospects who have real buying authority and budget
  • Contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth and sales pipeline development

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

  • Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills
