Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to support the growth of this photography studio.
This remote B2B sales role focuses on managing inbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects through consultative selling. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their branding needs and recommending the most suitable photography solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales

Manage and qualify inbound leads from website enquiries and email inquiries

Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges

Recommend suitable photography packages based on client goals

Nurture warm leads and existing clients through structured follow-ups

Convert qualified leads using a solution-focused sales approach
Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with business clients

Serve as a trusted advisor during the client decision process

Review and approve proposals prepared by team members to ensure accuracy

Provide support for general client inquiries as the first point of contact
CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Ontraport)

Track leads, sales activity, and pipeline stages

Prepare weekly reports on leads, conversions, and sales pipeline performance
Continuous Improvement

Participate in training sessions, call reviews, and role-playing exercises

Implement feedback to improve sales performance

Support occasional cold lead generation and pipeline development
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in consultative selling or solution-based sales

Strong background in inbound sales and lead nurturing

Experience in account management or client relationship management

Ability to confidently guide clients toward the best solutions

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Experience managing multiple leads and longer sales cycles

Proficiency with CRM platforms

Strong English communication skills, especially for B2B conversations
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following experience would be beneficial:

Experience in creative industries such as photography, videography, or production

Working Hours
This is a remote role aligned with Australian business operations.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (SAST)
Salary & Compensation
Trial Period (First 3 Months)

Base Salary: $1,500 AUD per month
After Probation (Post 3-Month Review)

Base Salary: $2,000 AUD per month
Additional Earnings

Performance-based commissions may be awarded at the client’s discretion based on results.
