Our client, a growing international brand in the home and outdoor living space, is looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Lead Generation & B2B Sales Representative to support the expansion of their pizza oven product line across key European markets (UK, Germany, Italy, and France).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you’ll play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads and driving B2B sales growth.

Salary – $1000 /month + 5% Commission on every sale

Type of Work – Full Time (REMOTE)

Work Schedule – European hours

Requirements

  • In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or cold calling roles.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and converting prospects into sales.
  • Experience working across international markets such as the UK, Germany, France, or Italy is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable conducting online research and maintaining organized lead databases.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Confident phone manner with the ability to cold call and engage decision-makers professionally.
  • Ability to qualify leads, identify buying signals, and follow up effectively.
  • Able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.
