We’ve built content systems that drive 1M+ monthly views, attract investors, and unlock $100K+ in closed pipeline — all from organic distribution.

And we need a hunter to help us reach more of the right people.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a “spray and pray” sales role. You’ll be on the front lines of outbound — building a system that gets conversations with world-class founders.

💬 Cold outreach across LinkedIn, X, and email to B2B startup founders

🧠 Researching ICPs (think: AI, SaaS, deep tech founders) and tailoring messages

📞 Booking qualified meetings for our team with warm, educated leads

📈 Experimenting, iterating, improving – messaging, ICP, sequences

🧩 Working closely with founders (us!) to shape the sales motion from the ground up

This is a ground-floor role with real skin in the game – you’ll earn more as you help us scale.

Who This Is For

We’re looking for someone who’s, hungry, and ready to learn fast by doing. You don’t need 10 years of experience — just proof you can work smart, think clearly, and make noise.

Compensation

Base salary: Competitive for early-stage (we won’t lowball)

Bonus per qualified call booked

% on closed deals (real upside as we scale)
