Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to help support sales teams by scheduling qualified meetings with potential customers. In this role, you will engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, confirm their interest, and coordinate meeting times with sales representatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable handling outbound outreach while ensuring accurate scheduling and CRM documentation. Your work will help keep the sales pipeline active with high-quality, sales-ready appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach & Qualification

Contact prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging

Engage leads from outbound lists or inbound inquiries

Confirm interest and availability before scheduling meetings

Qualify prospects based on basic criteria such as industry, role, needs, and budget
Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management

Schedule meetings between prospects and sales representatives

Use scheduling tools such as Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, or Outlook

Manage multiple time zones to ensure accurate scheduling

Send meeting confirmations and reminders and handle rescheduling when needed
CRM & Data Management

Log activities and interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho

Update lead statuses and maintain detailed notes
-
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for all appointments and outreach
Sales Team Collaboration

Work closely with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives to target the right prospects

Provide clear meeting handoffs with insights about prospect needs

Share feedback from calls and emails to improve outreach strategies
Performance Tracking

Track daily and weekly metrics such as:

Calls made

Emails sent

Appointments scheduled

Meeting show rates

Identify pipeline bottlenecks and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years experience in sales support, inside sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho

Experience using scheduling tools like Calendly or Chili Piper

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SDR or BDR teams in high-volume sales environments

Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach. io, SalesLoft, or Apollo

Industry experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services

Knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales
What a Typical Day Looks Like
As a Remote Appointment Setter, your day will focus on connecting with leads and booking qualified sales meetings.
Daily activities include:

Making outbound calls and sending outreach emails to prospects

Scheduling meetings between prospects and sales representatives

Your main goal is to ensure that sales representatives always have qualified meetings scheduled and ready to convert into opportunities.
