This position allows you to work remotely while contributing to the growth of our company by converting leads into qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through phone, email, or social media to generate interest.
  • Effectively communicate our services and value proposition to prospects.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and answer any questions.
  • Maintain an organised database of leads, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
  • Track and report on outreach progress and appointment-setting metrics.
  • Continuously learn about our services to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
