About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and assist in building out an AI-first Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of a cutting-edge AI platform designed to automate and optimize lead management, customer follow-up, and other crucial CRM tasks.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing AI-driven prompts and automating workflows that guide our agents in executing tasks like following up with leads, responding to customer inquiries, and enhancing overall CRM effectiveness. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into our CRM system, optimizing workflows and increasing agent productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-powered prompts and scripts to automate key CRM tasks, including lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and task reminders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and pain points, ensuring the AI solution aligns with business goals.
- Refine AI models, ensuring they improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows that help CRM agents maximize productivity and enhance customer interactions.
- Continuously analyze CRM data and feedback to fine-tune AI models and enhance prompt effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our CRM platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Assist with user training and support to ensure agents are fully equipped to leverage the AI-driven CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong understanding of how to apply these technologies to business processes.
- Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and an understanding of CRM workflows and user needs is a big plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and AI models used for task automation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with CRM automation platforms and integrations.
- Background in data analytics or business intelligence.

Pay: R36 000,00 – R54 000,00 per month
