Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Directors. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, handling a wide range of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, respond to questions, and speak politely and clearly with customers and staff.
  • Manage emails, calls, and paperwork in an organised and timely way.
  • Help write reports and other business documents when needed.
  • Book travel for the Directors – including flights, hotels, and full travel schedules.
  • Keep sensitive information private and act professionally at all times.
  • Organise the Director’s calendar – book meetings, set reminders, and keep things on track.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar admin or executive assistant role.
  • Confident English speaking skills, especially on the phone.
  • Good at researching online – e.g. products, suppliers, or general business information..
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and adjust quickly when priorities change.
  • Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other basic office tools.
