Compensation

  • Base Salary: $800–$1,000 USD/month
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1,200–$1,500/month
  • Semi-Annual Performance Bonus based on closed files, client satisfaction, and accuracy metrics

We are seeking a Account manager & Client Experience Manager who combines precision, empathy, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands Texas real estate compliance, and takes pride in ensuring clients feel cared for throughout the entire process.

Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Management & Compliance

  • Oversee all real estate contract-to-close activities, ensuring compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) standards.
  • Review, upload, and organize all listing and transaction documentation in accordance with brokerage requirements.
  • Track all key contract dates, deadlines, and contingencies to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain communication with title companies, agents, attorneys, and clients to facilitate a smooth closing process.

Client Experience & Estate Oversight

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial engagement to estate closure.
  • Coordinate estate-related services including property cleanouts, listings, appraisals, sales, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide regular client updates, proactively addressing questions or concerns.
  • Ensure each estate is closed out with all files, receipts, and compliance documents properly archived.

Listing & Operations Management

  • Support property listing activities, including MLS setup, coordination with photographers, stagers, and contractors.
  • Monitor listing progress and ensure all marketing materials and disclosures are accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain internal databases (HubSpot CRM) with detailed notes, task tracking, and client communication logs.
  • Assist leadership in refining workflows and standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Real estate transaction coordination or compliance experience required. (Texas preferred)
  • Familiarity with Real Estate contracts, listing agreements, and disclosure forms.
  • Proven ability to manage 10–20 concurrent files or client cases with accuracy and grace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (client-facing tone).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under deadline pressure.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Docusign, or similar CRM/TC software.
  • Naturally empathetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in probate, estate management, or property liquidation (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R13 012,41 – R26 000,00 per month
