Job Opening: Customer Support
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Type: Full-Time, Work from Home
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am- 5pm (US Hours)
Pay: Monthly USD Salary
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service
- Document customer interactions and ensure all relevant information is recorded accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical problems and deliver solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service received
- Stay updated with product information and service offerings to provide accurate assistance
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Report customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
Essential Qualification
- Qualifications in related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and any additional languages are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Desired Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position
- Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and escalation process
- Fluent or neutral English accent
- Reliable internet and backup power
