Job Opening: Customer Support

Location: South Africa (Remote)

Type: Full-Time, Work from Home

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am- 5pm (US Hours)

Pay: Monthly USD Salary

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone and email, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service
  • Document customer interactions and ensure all relevant information is recorded accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical problems and deliver solutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service received
  • Stay updated with product information and service offerings to provide accurate assistance
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Report customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality

Essential Qualification

  • Qualifications in related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and any additional languages are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Desired Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and escalation process
  • Fluent or neutral English accent
  • Reliable internet and backup power
